阿波一のご主人の太鼓判をもらったお店
どこか懐かしい雰囲気のするお店。じっくり焼き上げるチャーシュー、やさしい味わいのスープ、とりこになってしまったお客さんは多い。徳島で有名だった『阿波一』の出汁風を受け継ぐ。 |
たまたまランチ時に国道11号線を走っていて、徳島ラーメンを検索したら4.2の高評価だったので訪問。土曜日の12時前でしたがまだ空いていて好きな所に座れました。
肉玉小を注文。
程なく運ばれてきたのは小ぶりの丼に溢れんばかりのスープの「小」サイズ。
肉は徳島ラーメンで一般的な甘辛く煮たものとは違い、チャーシューでした。
しかし味付けは少し甘い感じでした。
スープは優しい味わいでいくらでも飲めそうなスープ。麺は細めのストレート。
なかなか美味しかったです。
しかし、私個人としては甘辛く煮た肉の方が好きかもしれません。
食べ終わって12:30。気がつけば店内満席。駐車場も満杯でした。人気店なんですね。
