毎年お店を変えてクリスマスディナーに行きますが、今年はグランヴィリオの14階にある阿波にしました。理由は、行ったことがなかったので行ってみたかったこと、仕事で23〜25日はクリスマスディナーに行けないこと、夜景が見えるという魅力。
私が探した中ではここグランヴィリオのみ20日からクリスマスディナーをやっていました。私のように仕事で忙しい人間には本当に助かります、ありがとうございました。
ホテルの玄関前には案内してくれる人はいなかったのですが、ロビーには案内担当の方が一緒にエレベーターで14階まで連れて行ってくださりテーブルまで案内してくれました。
平日ですしさすがに20日にクリスマスディナーのお客さんは少なくほぼ貸し切り状態で窓際のテーブルでゆっくり過ごすことができました。夜景については、徳島だからこんなものでしょう・・・という感じです。
お料理はクリスマスらしく可愛らしい内容でした。
中でも季節野菜のテリーヌと炙ったタラバ蟹木頭柚子の香りとフォアグラのソテーリンゴのコンポート添えバルサミコソースが一番美味しかったです。
ホテルだし当たり前と言われるかもしれませんがどのスタッフの方も丁寧に対応してくださいましたし、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
