この店は回転寿司の全国チェーン店ですが、
ラーメンもあり、コク旨まぐろ醤油ラーメン、鯛だし塩ラーメン、濃厚えび味噌ワンタンメンがあります。
2014年のときは普通のラーメンでしたが、2018年からこの魚介系のラーメンに変わったようです。
あと、ホームページにはありませんでしたが、かに塩ラーメンもありました。
「コク旨まぐろ醤油ラーメン（363円）」を注文。
自家製焼きまぐろオイルをベースしたスープで10種の魚介類を使用してるようです。
茶色のあっさり醤油味のスープです。
マグロ風味な魚介味ですが、どうしてもお吸い物的な感じが拭えない。
麺は中太のストレート麺で、全粒粉入りのつるつる多加水麺。
食感的に冷凍麺でしょう。
このスープのこの太つる麺は合わない気がしますが、
寿司屋のラーメンでうんちく垂れてもしょうがない。
寿司と一緒に食べる分には合ってると思います。お吸い物的ですし。
