かなり前に２度ほど来て以来、久しぶりの「ケストーナ」です。
常連さんたちがスタッフの方に気軽に声をかけ合う、ほのぼのとした雰囲気。
洗練されているというのではないですが、肩肘張らずに入れるお店です。
最近、京都、神戸に行く機会があり、
珈琲の名店と呼ばれるお店に立ち寄りました。
それで、自分自身の「美味しい珈琲の基準」が曖昧なことに気づいたのです。
珈琲は好きで毎日飲んでいますし、カフェにもちょくちょく行きます。
かつては珈琲専門店でアルバイトをしていたことも。
（短期間だったので給仕専門ですけれども）。
自分なりの美味しい珈琲像を持っていたつもりでしたが、
京都でも神戸でも、「あれ？美味しい珈琲ってこういう感じなの？」
と思いました。
それで、私のマイレビュアーさんがたくさん支持しており、徳島において
珈琲の名店とおぼしきこちらに来てみました。
注文したのは「ケストナーブレンド」。
カップはビレロイ＆ボッシュの「ツイスト アレア」（酒野夢蔵さまが写真をアップされています）。
カラフルで明るい気分にさせてくれる、かわいいカップです。
珈琲はぬるめに感じました（きっと適温なんだと思います）。
そして、やはり京都や神戸の珈琲同様に、薫り高いのに、
味はそれほど主張せず、さらりと飲めました。
そして、後味がいい。これが美味しい珈琲なんだなと
素直に思えました。
珈琲奥深し！
