花梨グループは県内に幾つかあり、
その徳島市内の店舗のひとつです
訪問は13:30頃でしたが7割ほどの入り
日替わりは麻婆豆腐or鶏カシューナッツ炒め
どちらも好きな料理なのですが、
敢えて花梨定食をチョイス
選べるメイン料理はイカのピリ辛山椒炒め
内容はご飯・卵スープ・ザーサイ・サラダ
中華風冷奴・ミニ棒棒鶏・杏仁豆腐
メインのイカピリ辛炒めは、
厚めのイカと玉葱、筍、しめじ、青梗菜等を
唐辛子と酢を効かせて炒めたもの
山椒感は殆ど感じなかったかなぁ
ホールの乾山椒が入ってるものだと思ってた
でも程よい辛みと酸味があって美味しい
