徳島に来たら食べない選択肢のないラーメン「堂の浦」。23時開店の栄町店に開店直後に来たらすぐに入店。ご時世柄かまだ早い時間だからか、並ばずに栄町店に入れたのは初めて。
やはりここに来たら食べたい《明太炙りらぁ麺》。んー、やっぱり最高！濃厚なスープにキレのある麺、ホントにね、濃いんですよスープが。でもひとつもしつこくない。この濃厚なキレがもたらす旨味がすごい（語彙力）。
そこに浸る明太子がまた罪の味。炙られて食感のコントラストも出来てて、麺とごちゃ混ぜで食べて広がる多幸感。
鶏皮餃子も頼んでみたが、やはりお店の味は最高。カリッと感を残しつつ柔らかい鶏皮がタネを包み、タレとマヨネーズをたっぷり付けて食べれば、そこにあるのはカロリーと言う名の旨味。全体的には甘めになるが、これまたしつこさがなくパクパク食べられちゃう。
コロナ禍で堂の浦のお取り寄せが始まり、ここ数年はそれで食べてたしそのクオリティも高かったけど、当たり前だけどお店は美味い、美味すぎる。ラーメンも鶏皮餃子も、家で素人が作るのとは段違いの美味さで、もちろんこらからもお取り寄せするけど、やはり現地も来ないとな。
あと、堂の浦フリークの方は、栄町店のメニューに変化がありましたのでご確認ください。一時的かもしれんけど雲丹潰しが消えてた。駅前店はあるかな？
