昨年の訪問ですが。
徳島の飲み屋街、秋田町の裏通りにあります。
午前様を迎える前でありながらカップルも多数。多くの客がいます。
順番を待って上がった先は別館的な場所でしょうか。靴を脱いで上がります。ブーツの方は注意です。靴を脱ぐには狭いです。
上がった先はカウンターと座敷があります。
とりあえず飲んだあとだったので鯛塩ラーメンをオーダー。
接客の女の子は既に疲れて果てています。
あまり待つことなく着丼。
駅前もそうですが、来るたびに量が少なくなっているような気がするのは気のせいかな？

ずずずーっと2〜3回でなくなります。
値段はお高いのにこの量は………。
数あるラーメン屋の中でコスパは最低かもしれません。
美味しいですけどね。
スープがウリだと思っているのですが、日によって脂がやたらとキツいんです。ハズレの日は口の中が脂脂脂になるんですが、この日はラッキー！当たりでした。
ただ、自慢の鯛の皮ですが、この日は塩辛すぎてとても食えず。うーん、残念。良い時はパリパリで塩加減も絶妙なのですが。皮が当たりの日に出会えるのは、実はレアだと思っています。
ポテンシャルはあるのですが、味のばらつきさえ無くなれば良いですね。
誤解のないように、味は好みです。
あと、噂の駅前店の接客よりはマシでした 笑。
また来ます。
