長らく我慢してきましたが、この日は誘惑に勝てませんでした。
Openが23時でレアリティが高いので、タイミングが合うときは行かなきゃ損と思ってしまうのです。
俗に言う徳島ラーメンとは違いますが、徳島の鯛の旨みを存分に感じさせてくれる最強のご当地ラーメンです。
少しカタメの歯切れの良い細麺に絡みつく、クリーミーで濃厚なスープはお酒で冷えて疲れた胃を優しく包み込んでくれます。
文句なしの一杯です。
