大学生の子供が帰省してきたので家族皆でこちらへ。
回転寿司が拡がりだしたのは25年くらい前だったでしょうか。
回転レーンの特許が切れたタイミングで拡がったと思います。
それから、子供の好きな食べ物第１位に寿司が来るようになったのですが、ブームが続くと文化になるようで、その子供が大人になっても回転寿司に通い続ける現象が続いて今に至ってる。
前置きが長くなったが、今回行って驚いたのは、寿司が回転してないということ。
タッチパネルで注文したもののみがレーンを伝ってやってくるシステムになってました。
回転してる寿司を手に取らないようになったんだろうな。
客としても好きなタイミングで好きな寿司を食べたいし、長い時間回っているものより握りたてを食べたいし。
回転寿司の顧客サービスの結果が回らない寿司屋を生んだようです。
写真はマグロの６種盛り。
さらに２貫のおなじみの寿司ではなく、こういう形でもレーンを走ってやってきた。
回転寿司は進化しています。
