徳島県を中心に幅広く飲食店事業を展開している【ふじや】グループの１店。
同店のコンセプトは｢我家のレストラン」とのことで、仲間や家族への場所提供への思いがあり、お喜びや法事利用にも重宝するようです。
バイパス沿い、大型駐車場完備で大箱の店内は個室も多数。
大衆的でファミリー的な雰囲気。
この日は、法事後に利用。
平日ランチ利用の方も多くいらっしゃり、平日１２時訪問でほぼ満席の様でした。
既に料理は会席コースで予約されてました。
料理は想像通りの大衆的な味でした。
ただ、徳島らしく、芋（鳴門金時？）や蓮根の天ぷら、わかめと鯛の汁物なんかもあり。
こういうのは、地元企業の地元愛を感じられいいですね。
全体的には、店員さんの接客もよく大衆的ながらも個室が利用でき、あらゆるシーンに使い勝手がよさそうで重宝する１店ですね。

This is the second time, and it was used by several people at a memorial service. This time, like the students, there were many people who were using the restaurant for memorial services and for their first meal. The meal was already reserved for the Kaiseki course. The food is popular, but again typical of Tokushima, we also have sweet potato (Naruto Kintoki) and lotus root Tempura, as well as wakame and sea bream soup. It's nice to see something like this where you can feel the local love of a local company. Overall, the staff's customer service is good, and even though it's a popular place, there are private rooms available, making it a convenient store that can be used for any occasion.
