持ち帰り専用で税込み500円～の丼メニューが出た、
ということで回転ずしチェーンの『はま寿司』さんへ
ワンコイン丼ぶりは4種類あり、
まぐろ丼・まぐろサーモン丼・サーモン丼・牛カルビ丼
高い価格帯には帆立いくら丼・海鮮丼・いくら丼なんかもあり
この日は「まぐろサーモン丼 500円」を注文
出来上がりを待っている間に店内を見てみると、
若干…いやかなりリニューアルされておりました
注文はタッチパネルオンリーでレーンに寿司が回っていない
レーンがベルトコンベア状で上下2段になっていて、
ともに直接注文者のところまで一直線に届くタイプへ変更
他人の前を通過する時間が最短で済むのは何となく安心ってことかな
あとはワサビや甘ダレが袋入りで卓上に置かれ、
お湯の注ぎ口が湯飲みで押すのじゃなく蛇口的なのを捻れば出る
押すタイプは湯飲みを破壊してしまわないかとか、
力入れて押し過ぎて手が滑ったりしないかとヒヤヒヤするのでこれは朗報
さて持ち帰ってお昼ご飯にまぐろサーモン丼いただきます
丼の直径は15センチ程度と結構小さめ
底に酢飯が敷かれ（思ったよりギュッと詰まっている）、
上にマグロ赤身とサーモンが4切れずつにイクラ
付けてくれた醤油をかけ、イクラの横にワサビを絞り出す
なぜ甘ダレもつけてくれたのかは不明
上に乗ってるのは寿司ネタに使われるやつだから、
いわゆる”普通の回転ずしの味”というか何か淡白
マグロは作ったタイミングによるものなのか筋ばった身が多かった
でも500円で提供してくれるものとしては問題ないかなと
