基本的に仕事で兵庫県から出ないのですが、急遽四国に渡る事となり、以前から行きたかったこちらへ開店前に到着すると、ちらほら行列ができ始めたのでそちらに合流させて頂きます。

主な麺メニューは
・中華蕎麦 ・特製蕎麦ともに
｢小｣ 650円 玉子入り 700円
肉入り 800円 肉玉子入り 850円
｢大｣ 上記プラス100円

ぱっと見たら普通の徳島ラーメン店とメニューは同じなのですが、限定麺を色々されており、家系ラーメンや青森煮干し、冷やしすだちなど、これが人気の理由と見ました(･_･)σ

｢大｣の肉玉子入りの食券を購入し着席

徳島ラーメンはそのスープの色から“茶系”“白系”“黄系”に分かれますが、こちらは基本の“茶系”豚骨醤油、それをレンゲでひと口、自身チェーン店慣れしてたのもありますが、豚も醤油も濃いような深みある味わいでウメー！

低加水ストレート細麺にそのスープがしっかり絡んだやつをズズズズズー‥
