初の訪問です。今回はイベントという事で2000円のラーメンのみでしたが朝から大行列でした。
事前に購入して14時まだに来れば良いというシステムだったので空いてる時間だと確信して14時前に行くとさらに行列が出来てました、、、完全な失敗です。
ラーメンは細麺、太麺選べましたがスープがアッサリ醤油だったので細麺を選びました。
まずスープは美味しいですね。臭みはなく深みがあります。麺もストレートでツルツルでした。
チャーシューがスモークなのか炙りなのか分からなかったですが香りが良く美味しかったです。
卵もスモークされていて美味しかったです。
次回は定番の徳島ラーメンを食べたいと思います。
