全部美味しかったですがとくに感動したのが、
阿波牛のみすじ！柔らかくてとろけましたー(*´Д｀*)脂も美味しかったです♪
阿波牛また食べたいです♡
それから徳島県はジビエに力を入れているそうで、
ジビエ好きにはたまらないと思います。
猪や鹿は食べたら精がつきますね！
どの料理も、素材を活かしてます。
