徳島駅からすぐ。
飛び込みでも余裕で入れましたね。
カウンターの端に案内いただき、まずはフォトジェニックなビールから。
中身はエクストラコールド、ヤードグラスという名前。
高さ455mm、中身は意外と普通で650ml
提供の瞬間、周りのお客さんの反応が凄い。
そういうの好きな方は是非。
前菜3種盛はローストビーフ、鴨、サーモンと豪勢。
せっかくだからビーフの中で唯一だった阿波牛ミスジ。
これが柔らかくて脂の甘さとともに、とろける美味さ。
生わさび、ソース、塩、どれをつけても美味い。
ずっとこれ食ってでも良い。
鳴門レンコンはシャキシャキ。
車窓から蓮根畑っぽいのが目に入ったから頼んで良かった。
イリカスって初めてです。
徳島名物で、ホルモンを絞ったカスという事かな。
そういう感じの料理です。
とても楽しかった徳島ひとり旅。素敵な旅でした〜
