I love meat like no other. My mood on this day was ``I want to enjoy delicious meat and wine.'' So, when it comes to meat around Tokushima Station, is this the place? That's what I thought, so I asked. Since I was alone, I went to the counter. Most of our customers are female. First, we had white wine. And the meat you are looking for is Misuji. It was so soft and delicious that I could easily eat twice as much (even though there was a lot of it). It's delicious even without adding anything. Next is Shiitake. Whenever I come to Tokushima, I always eat some form of shiitake mushrooms. It's meaty and just enough to fill your stomach. Bolognese to finish. It has a strong flavor, is filling, and is delicious.
