以前に伺い、あいにくの満席で断念したこちら。
『坐 とりじろう』さん。
徳島地鶏、阿波尾鶏の専門店です。
友人が予約を入れての初訪となります。
ちょっとした、ハプニングがありました。
スルーして頂いても構わないレビューですので悪しからず。
こちらは、各飲食店を展開している「関本コーポレーション」の一店。
他にも銀乃介・すずの助・Boss grill・ごっ馳・とりじろう・ぶっとび酒場・あきんど
安価で大勢口でも楽しめるお店が殆どかと思われます。
週末の19時過ぎに友人と入店です。
名前をスタッフに告げると、予約通りカウンター席に案内されました。
先客には、半個室を繋げて大部屋にし団体が居られます。
個室にも何方か居られる風ですね。
通されたカウンターは5席の小さいもの。
女性2人連れが先客で端に、その反対に友人と着座です。
取り合えず、”プレミアムモルツ中”
付き出しが出されますが、「これは何ですか？」には「聞いて参ります」との返答。
”付き出し（ささみの生姜煮、醤油かけ）”らしいです。
冷たくてさっぱりでした。
さ、先ずはカンパ～～～イ！
で、様子見に注文したのがこちら。
”阿波尾鶏バラ焼き（中）” ”つくね串3本” ”出し巻玉子”
先ず、出し巻玉子が出されました。
ほくほくで量もあって美味しいです。
出汁加減もなかなか良いんじゃないでしょうか。
タレはかなり濃いです。
次いで、つくね串3本が。
阿波尾鶏のミンチに軟骨のコリコリ感がアクセントに。
ちょっと塩辛いかな。
こちらのタレは非常にあっさり。
友人は卵黄たっぷりつけて美味しそうに頂いてました。
友人は、プレモルのお代わり。
私は珍しく、”神山の梅酒（ロック）”
冷たい物が欲しくて注文ですが、かなりあっさりした梅酒でした。
神山は、徳島県の梅の里ですよ～。
