揚げシュウマイ
ロンシローグ(ガーリックライスと甘辛ソーセージと目玉焼き)
チキンアドボ
レチョンカワリ(豚バラの唐揚げ)、を注文。
30分ほどで作っていただけました。
ルーロー飯は、砂糖と醬油ベースの甘辛味にスパイスが加えられていていい香りでなんとも言えず美味しい( ˙؎˙ )！
チキンアドボは手羽元の酢醤油煮込みですが、酸味が程よくて、スープ(煮汁？)をごはんにかけても美味しかったです笑
揚げシュウマイに添えられていたラー油には刻みニンニクがぎっしり！
揚げシュウマイはしっかり味で美味しい。
豚バラの唐揚げは、豚肉自体は薄味で、スイチリ+マヨネーズのソースにつけて頂きます(๑´ڡ`๑)
ソースやお酢などはすべて別添えで、カップに入れて提供してくれました。
全体的に、ブラックペッパーなど香辛料が使われていてスパイシー。
大人は全然大丈夫だけど、子供には辛いかも。
注文時にブラックペッパーとか辛いの抜きで、と注文すれば大丈夫かな(^^)
どれも、とっても美味しく頂きました。
いつかテラスでビールを頂きたいな♩
