お昼に近くに用事があってランチを食べれるところを探していて
見つけて予約しました。
お店は、内外共綺麗です。
前菜はミルフィユを使っていてサクサクしていて食感が良かったです。
スープは、ベースにチキンを使っているのが多いのですが牛を使ってるように感じました。
始めてのポタジュースープでした。
メインの鴨は少し火が入りすぎていたかな。鯛のポワレは皮のパリッと感が足りていなかった。
身は、お肉とどうようで少し火が入りすぎてました。ホームページの魚の仕上がりがベストです。
デザートは、ほうじ茶のプリンはトレンドを抑えていました。
飲み物のハーブテイもいい香りでした。後ノンアルコールのスパークリングも甘いのですが
味は、よかったです。
全体的には、満足しました。改良点は
① 窓際から田んぼが見えるのは、外に低木があればいいかな。
② 料理が味を楽しめるのでフォークとナイフは交換してほしい。
③ お店の雰囲気からすると若い女性が好む感じなのでデザートの種類を増やせば
喜ぶと思います。
また機会があれば寄りたいです。
