県産食材にこだわったお店「昴」さん
お品書きには
鳴門のワカメ、和田島じゃこ天、フィッシュカツ、阿波牛、阿波尾鶏、阿波ポーク
鳴門金時、の文字がとびだしている。
お品書きの中でお腹をふくらませたいので、
阿波郷土料理そば米汁、阿波尾鶏もも肉たれ焼きとウーロン茶を注文
三品のつきだしがまずテーブルに運ばれてきた。
仕事を忘れて、アルコールを飲みたくなる料理3品
次に運ばれてきたのがそば米汁、創作料理だから具材には鶏肉人参えのきにぶつぎりレンコンが入っている。
たれ焼きのモモ肉は8個入っていた。
