【2018年2月14日初訪問】
徳島駅から「伊予街道」に出たら、「八百屋町」交差点へ。右折し、「両国橋」を渡って更に進むと左手にあるお店。
前日に引き続き、出張先のお客さんからもてなして頂く事になり、平日の夕方６時半過ぎの訪問となりました。入口からしてかなりオシャレ感のあるお店。３階に通されましたが、飲食スペースは全て個室になっており、静かな雰囲気でゆったりと寛げます。
メニューは徳島ならではのモノを中心とした創作料理。「阿波尾鶏のから揚げ」や「鳴門れんこんのはさみ揚げ」等分かり易い名称のご当地メニューの他、「鶏軟骨入りお月見つくねの自家製たれ焼き」、「料理人が選び抜いたマヨネーズ 金の海老マヨ」等、拘りがありそうな名称のメニューの数々…その他にも太いソーセージやベーコン等の肉料理は勿論ですが、ピザやバケツに入った野菜やフライドポテト等、バラエティに富んだメニューをご馳走になりました。この内、フライドポテトはシャカシャカポテトであった事がポイントかな？
それにしても、前日のお店でもそうでしたが、私は徳島の揚げ物にハマった様です。特に「地蛸の唐揚げ」が絶品でした。
ラーメン屋のルーツを考えてもそうですが、やっぱり徳島って食肉文化が根付いた地域なんですね。肉好き、特に鶏が好きな人には、楽しいグルメ旅行が出来そうな所と感じました。
