お昼、夜、共にコース料理のみ。 |
久しぶりに話好きのメンバーが集まったので、積もる話で盛り上がり、お一人様の時は料理の説明も9割がた覚えられるんだけど、今日は雑念が多くて自信が有りません f^_^;
店名は聞き覚えがありましたが、訪問は初めて。マクドナルド沖浜店の北側ですね。
一品一品が繊細に仕上げられていて、目にも舌にもうれしいです。お品書きが無い代わりに、サーブしてくれたスタッフが詳しく料理の説明をしてくれます。
女子校の休み時間くらい話が途切れない私達に、説明を始めるタイミングで気を遣わせて申し訳ありませんでした。
フレンチでも和食でも、最初の空腹状態で頂く色鮮やかな前菜・先付が好きです。今日はそれプラス、鱧のしゃぶしゃぶの出汁が美味しくて、夏の鍋も良いなぁ、と思いました。
来店時も出迎え下さり、退店時は車をバックで出すので誘導までして下さり、最後まで気持ち良く過ごせました。ありがとうございました✨
