徳島駅前の炭火焼屋さん。
店内の照明はやや落とし気味で少し雰囲気があります。メニューは立地柄か、徳島県産の食材を使ったものが多いです。
コーティングジュース（550円+税）：ソーダ水に、赤くタピオカの様に丸いものが沈んでて、綺麗です。ストローで飲むと、口の中でこの赤いのがはじけて甘酸っぱい味になります。すっきりしたのみものです。
阿波肉盛り合わせ（2680円+税）：徳島県産の牛・豚・鶏の炭火焼セット。それぞれ美味しいですが、流石にこれだけだと重くなって来るので、サラダとかも注文した方が美味しく食べられたかも。
何だか最近、あっさりしたものの方が好みになって来たかも。
