「徳島大学病院」西側から徒歩10分の道路沿いにあるレストラン
「リストランテ ソライア SOLAIA」に食べログで予約（予約は現在電話のみに）して土曜日17:00初訪問。
駐車場が一杯だったら困るのでと車を職場の駐車場に停めて散歩しながらとことこ向かうと、
「COVID-19」の影響でしょうか??広い駐車場に車は2台のみ、あらら。
左手側にカウンター席、その奥にメインフロア、右手側に6名用の個室、その奥に10名用の個室。
案内されたのはちょっとした中庭の見える6名用の個室、自分達2人には広すぎる部屋(*≧▽≦)
一番奥の席には特大のぬいぐるみの先客あり、ちょっとびっくり！

「真鯛のカルパッチョ・キャビア添え」と「サラダ」はひとつの皿に盛りつけられていて、シンプルな味付け。
2種類のソースでいただく「ホタテの香草パン粉焼き」。
あまみがあっておいしい「春ニンジンの冷製ポタージュ」。
ふつうのパスタを期待していたらちょっと苦手なブカティーニの登場。ホタルイカはおいしかったです。
「オマール海老のソテー」は、火が通り過ぎていないので丁度いい感じ。
「牛フィレ肉とフォアグラのポワレ」は、想像通りのお味♡
ゆっくりディナーを楽しめて、スタッフの応対も丁寧で感じがいいので、また利用したいお店です。
