暑かったこともあり12時ぐらいに伺いましたが数名外で待っている程度。15分ぐらいで中に入れました。注文したのはおすすめと書いてあった醤油ラーメン。男性なら大盛りでも軽く食べられるぐらいの量です。トッピングは追加しなくても最初から色々入っておりお得な感じがします。焼豚が厚切りのホロホロ肉でしたが個人的にはもう少しあっさりしたものが好みかな。
ピュアスープとうたっているだけあってスープは絶品。醤油だけじゃない旨味も十分感じられました。
食券式の注文ですが「全部乗せ」があれば更に注文しやすいのに！また、唐揚げもあるのですが、こちらを注文すると出てくるのが遅くなるのでお客さんの回転が遅いのはこのせいかも？
個人的な評価ですが徳島県の醤油ラーメンではかなりの高評価。
