徳島の人気ラーメン店という記事に掲載されていた「しずく」さんで昼食を。
店員さんが案内してくれますが、入って直ぐ左にある券売機から ” 塩(並) ” と ” しずく飯 ” を発券。
店内は明るくてキレイなバーのような雰囲気。
食材は徳島県内の厳選された物を使っているそうで、” 塩ラーメン ” のスープが特に美味しかったです。
” しずく飯 ” は、白ご飯に唐揚げとマヨネーズが盛られており、食べる時に醤油を掛けて食べます。
どちらも少しボリューム的に物足りなかったけど美味しかったです。
このお店は醤油ラーメンが人気のようなので、次回は醤油を頂こう!!
