この店は「堂の浦」の5店舗目の店で、常三島町の徳島大学の北側に6月10日に開店しました。
ラーメンは「鯛塩らーめん」をメインとして鯛塩うどん、雲丹潰しらーめん、浅蜊塩バターらーめんなどがあります。
まだ食べていない「浅蜊塩バターらーめん（800円）」を注文。
白濁のあっさり塩味のスープです。
鯛＋貝ダシな感じの味に、バターを混ぜるとクリーミーな味になります。
意外にバター良く合ってますね。
麺は細めのストレート麺です。
駐車場状況が厳しく、日曜日休みということもあって、ほぼ徳大生狙い撃ちな感じです。
学生ってボリュームがあって値段が安いものを選ぶような気がしますが、
この店は逆な感じなので、どうでしょう。
