鯛塩らーめんイクラ丼セット 1,100円
■感想
鳴門市や徳島駅前に展開する鯛塩らーめんの支店
古びたビルの1Fテナントに入っていますが、
屋号の看板とかはなく素っ気ない外観
鯛塩らーめんの麺は加水低め、
パツンとした中細ストレート
デフォで少な目なスープをしっかり絡めてきます
鯛からダシを取っていてサッパリと思いきや、
やや白濁してしっかりと鯛の風味を感じるスープ
トッピングは白髪ねぎ、カイワレ、切りゴマ、鯛皮
中でも鯛皮はパリッと揚げられていて、
らーめんの合間のアクセントとして良き
鯛とか鮭の皮って旨いんですよね
イクラ丼は茶碗サイズですが、
十五穀米の上にカイワレと共にたっぷり乗る
ご飯の量に対してイクラ多めで満足感高し
