鯛の塩らぁ麺650円
うなぎ丼350円
徳島ラーメンと言ったら、醤油豚骨の豚バラと生卵が入ったラーメン。を思い浮かべるけど、新たな徳島ラーメンが登場した模様。
鯛塩ラーメン。もうすでに何店舗かできていて、なんと最近カップラーメンも売り出したみたい。
私の周りも美味しいと絶賛する声が多く、気になっていました。
なんとも分かりづらい場所にありますね。
ホワイトボードに今日のおススメが書いてあります。
なんと、ラーメンと丼のセットにうなぎ丼が！限定10食ですって。うなぎ丼が350円で食べられるなんて素晴らしい。
噂の鯛塩ラーメン到着！
これがパリパリの鯛皮揚げか！魚介の香りを感じるねぇ。
スープが少しとろってる。弱コンポタ系。おフレンチのスープを感じる上品さ。
麺は水分少なめの細麺。スープによく合ってる。
なるほどね、これは新しいラーメンだ。
うな丼はまぁお安いだけあってそれなりの味だ。一切れだけで若干硬め。下のご飯は雑穀米。ご飯を半分残してラーメンスープにドーン！
美味しい。
