徳島大学常三島キャンパス北側の住宅街で
目立たない立地です。駐車場は店前と
少し離れた場所にも数台分あるようです。
店内はカウンターがメインですが、奥に
テーブルが2卓あって予想外に広いです。
メニューは鯛塩ラーメンに加え、居酒屋の
ような一品ものや替え飯も数種類あります。
鯛塩ラーメンは鯛の旨みや風味がスープに
溶け込んでいてトロミもあり、白髪ネギや
カイワレ大根でさっぱりとします。
レンコンの挟み揚げはタレが濃いめです。
いくつかある系列店に比べ、場所柄もあり
混雑しないので利用しやすい穴場です。
