徳島駅から少し東に歩くとあります。
店内は奥に長く、ボックス状のテーブル席
それぞれに専用のサーバーが備えついており、
レモンサワーの飲み放題がウリですが、
飲みすぎそうなので今日は控えました。
ホルモン以外も豊富で、和牛ロースと赤身は
どちらも脂身が少なく、和牛カルビは
程よい脂身で厚みもあり、少し塩味が強い
タレに合わせると、お酒が進みます。
焼野菜の盛り合わせには、サツマイモや
レンコンなどの徳島名物も含まれ、
玉子スープはコクがあって美味しいです。
提供も早くて、サクッと食べられます。
