今回も刀削麺食べたくて黒ゴマ坦々刀削麺980円にしました。
麺は厚みが不ぞろいで短めで、スープは少し辛めです。
最後の仕上げにはテーブルに置かれた黒い坪の中の辛みを2杯たっぷり入れて、
額から汗流し最後は丼持ち上げ残さず全ていただきました。
