クラフトビール店が焼鳥店にチェンジ
ただ母体は変わっておらずクラフトビールの提供あり
厨房前にカウンター10席くらいと、
サイドにはテーブル席があります
メニューはCOVID-19の関係で縮小してるようですが、
阿波尾鶏をはじめ鹿児島親鳥、徳島県産彩どりの料理や
居酒屋的一品に〆のご飯ものも揃ってます

「鹿児島親鳥たたき 800円」をまず注文

付出し(300円)は肉味噌キャベツ
消化酵素の多いキャベツは食前にもってこいの素材
肉味噌は細かいナッツ等を混ぜ込んだ甘めのブツ
一番人気というペールエールは香り高く、
柑橘のようなフレーバーもあり飲みやすい
鹿児島親鳥たたきはモモとムネ2種の合い盛り
外側だけをサッと炭火で炙っただけで中は半生仕上げ
生姜、ニンニク、紅葉おろしを添えてポン酢か、
卓上の甘醤油でと勧められました
ポン酢は酸味強めの爽やかなタイプ
個人的には肉感のあるモモのほうが好き
甘醤油はポン酢に比べると今一つかな
九州とかだと好まれるそうですが
「せせり(塩・80g) 400円」
「とろ皮(塩・80g) 300円」
焼き物は阿波尾鶏の2つの部位を両方塩焼きで注文
串じゃなくバラして炭火で焼かれ皿に盛られてきます
1人での訪問なら80gという量は丁度良い
首肉のせせりはクニクニとした歯応えと旨味
とろ皮も柔らかめですが脂がしつこくない
ともにスダチを絞るとさっぱりと美味い
ここは焼鳥で酒を飲むほか、
食事だけの利用をしている人も結構いました
ランチタイムはカレーや焼鳥丼なんかもやってます
