本店は眉山の麓にある和菓子と甘味のお店、の、徳島駅ビル内支店。以前は地下にあったと思うのですが、1階にお店が出来ていました。その場で焼いている様子も見えます。
○滝の焼き餅３枚 煎茶セット
3席のイートインカウンターがあったのでその場で焼き立てを頂きました。プレーンな白、黒胡麻、抹茶。昔から続くシンプルな菊柄の模様ですね。
餅が薄くて焼き目がカリッとしているんです、このカリッとした食感がついた焼き餅は、意外とほかになかなかない。
中のあんこはしっとりしたこし餡。
煎茶付きのほか、抹茶付きのセットもあります。
嬉しいなあ、これ昔から好きなんだよなあ。
