同店の400年続く【滝の焼餅】は、「とくしま市民遺産」にも選ばれているとのこと。
店の説明によると｢滝の焼餅は、天正十三年蜂須賀蓬庵家政公が、阿波25万石の国主として徳島城を築き、その祝いに献上されたとされています。幸いにして藩主ご愛用の錦滝水の使用を許され、藩主の御用菓子として名声を博しました」とのこと。
本店は徳島のシンボルである「眉山」にあります。昔々に訪れた記憶も。
同店は徳島駅隣接の商業施設内立地。
イートインもあり、本当ならお茶と一緒に出来たての熱々をいただければいいのですが、時間の都合がありテイクアウト。
家へのお土産に
●「3種(1010円)」
・白（プレーン）4個/抹茶3個/胡麻3個
帰宅後にいただきました。
やはり、オーブントースターで少し焼いていただくともっちり、しっとり餅にいい塩梅の餡子。
美味しかったです！！
次回、機会があれば是非、イートイン（できれば本店）で出来たてを食してみたいです。
