徳島旅行1日目2食目
駅ビルに入ってて通りかかった時に見つけた
なにやら徳島名物の1つのようだ
3種類あり、全部1つ100円程度
もっと饅頭っぽいのならお土産屋によくあるけど、こんな生地が薄いのは初めてだ
焼き立てで香ばしい香り
薄いが外はカリッと中はもっちり感は残している
中の餡も少なめでほんのり甘い程度
渋ウマな一品
