<Private rooms & parking available> A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef yakiniku at a low price! A yakiniku restaurant in Minamisuehirocho that is perfect for families

I made a reservation on Tabelog for the seaside Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant "Sumibi Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Wagyu Shingen" located a minute's walk from "AEON Mall Tokushima" and visited for the first time at 5pm on Saturday. After taking off my shoes and entering a shoe locker with a door for four people, I was shown to a four-person sunken kotatsu table on the sea side with a charcoal grill set on the table after alcohol disinfection and temperature check. Ordering is done using a touch-screen tablet system. "Korean-style seaweed roll" contains pickled radish, which I don't like, so I absolutely cannot eat it, and when I asked for a change, I was relieved when they said yes ε-(´∀`;)ホッ ●Standard course (11 items) 4000 yen x 2 Negitan salt (4 slices), Kuroge Wagyu beef short ribs (4 slices), Kuroge Wagyu beef lean (4 slices), Prime skirt steak (4 slices), Awa no Samurai pork belly (4 slices), Awaodori chicken (4 slices), homemade Chinese cabbage kimchi, Korean-style choregi salad, Kimbap (Korean-style seaweed roll) → Request for change → Changed to white rice (medium) x 2, Oxtail soup (2 pieces), Yukimi Daifuku-style raw chocolate (2 pieces) ●Stone-grilled bibimbap 490 yen ● Cold Noodles 690 yen It's a table for four people, but it's quite narrow because there's a charcoal grill, tablet, cutlery case, etc. on it. Then, all the meat dishes for the course suddenly start pouring in! Apart from the dessert, the rice, salad, kimchi, and even soup came out all at once, sigh (*T▽T) I almost knocked over the long glass of cold water, and I didn't know where to start, so it was hard to even take pictures. I put the meat on the grill, and when it was cooked, I tried to turn it over with tongs, but the grill lifted up and it was boiling. It was quite difficult to hold the tongs in both hands, hold the grill with one hand, and turn the meat with the other (*≧▽≦) I dipped it in two types of sauce, ponzu, wasabi and salt, and ate it. "Chicken thigh", "Salted green onion tongue", "Kalbi", "Skirt steak", and "Red meat" were all delicious♡ The best of all was the "Pork belly"! I wanted to eat more♡ The toppings for the "Stone-grilled bibimbap" had no liquid at all, making it difficult to mix... if only there was liquid. The "Cold Noodles" came with a spoonful of kimchi and vinegar to taste, but... It was a gentle, almost too gentle, taste. I wish there was a little more variety in the taste. Meat toppings and the like. The lock on the door to the restroom is from the Showa era. It's been decades since I've seen one like that. When you wash your hands, the water only flows while you press the switch with your foot.
