This restaurant is located along the river just next to Aeon Mall Tokushima. It used to be a shabu shabu restaurant in the same chain, but it changed its business model. There is parking space for 12 cars next to the restaurant. Coincidentally, the tenant next door also opened Italian Cuisine restaurant, and after a series of twists and turns, it is now a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant as well, with two restaurants next to each other... I heard they serve lunch, so I went. After taking off my shoes and putting them in the shoe locker, they showed me to a seat. The seats are semi-private sunken kotatsu rooms for four or two people. There is a tablet on the table that you can use to order. There is also a set of meat, rice, and soup, but I ordered [b: "Selectable Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Lunch Set 1,490 yen (tax included)"]. I chose [b: Prime Skirt Steak] from six types of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) as my main, and I could choose two dishes, so I chose [b: Stone-grilled Bibimbap and Oxtail Soup]. I could also choose soup, chijimi, kimbap, and choregi salad. The charcoal grill was placed on the table first, and the meat and dishes arrived. The stone-grilled bibimbap was small, but the aroma of the charcoal-grilled rice was delicious. The namul is rich in vegetables such as bean sprouts, radish, carrots, and green vegetables The oxtail soup was a bit disappointing - a cloudy white dish with radish and white onions in a small bowl It had a vague, pre-made taste that was a bit disappointing There were six slices of prime skirt steak, and one was stringy and gritty, but the rest were well-fattened and soft and delicious There were three types of sauce - ponzu sauce with grated daikon radish, sweet sauce, and miso sauce. If you want wasabi or salt, you can order more on the tablet The ponzu sauce with grated daikon radish was the best as it was light in flavor If you're eating it with rice, the miso sauce might be best My evaluation of this selectable lunch set will likely change depending on which of the two dishes you choose, regardless of the meat
