釜玉をいただきました。さらにからあげを追加です。揚げ物のメニューは少なめですね。
麺がモチモチのコシがあるタイプでして好みです。こちらの釜玉は着丼したら自分で混ぜて卓上の醤油を垂らすタイプです。
