麺喰屋澤さんの３店舗目が末広にオープンということで家内と伺いました。
丁度１２時くらいに伺うと待ち客３組くらいです。
１０分ほどの待ちで案内されました。
券売機で鶏そば醤油と塩。味玉追加。
ご主人と、本店でみる女性と男性二人の４人体制。
本店誰がやってるんだろ？
まあまあの待ち時間で提供されました。
スープが激熱です。ちょっと塩分多めかな。
麺は全粒粉で食感いいです。
チャーシューは鶏と豚で豚はレア気味。美味しいです。
メンマは普通。味玉旨い＾＾
教科書のような完成度の高いラーメンです。
徳島にはこういうタイプのラーメン出す店少ないから流行りそう＾＾
ご馳走様でした。つけ麵と混ぜそば食べにまた伺いますね。
