初めてお邪魔しました。
土曜日のランチタイム、オープンと同時に入店。
店内へ入り、入口横の券売機で発券。
薩摩地鶏つけ麺の醤油と同じつけ麺の塩を選びました。
10分足らずで出てきました。
綺麗ですね〜
思っていたより細めの麺。
チャーシューは2種に太めのメンマ
海苔と水菜が添えられていました。
レモンも添えられていたので絞っていただきます。
醤油、美味しい！
濃いめのつけ汁が良い塩梅
全粒粉入りの細い麺がスープによく絡んで美味しい〜
塩もさっぱりとしているけど、でもコクがありますね。
暑い時期になると尚更さっぱりいただけそうです。
店内はシックでおしゃれ。
カウンターもデーブルもあるので1人でも気軽にお邪魔できそう。
久しぶりに美味しいつけ麺を食べることができました。
また行きたい！
