とても辛く、酸味もあるルー。
ゆで卵、鶏肉、ナス、ピーマンが添えられ、味の変化に富む。
鶏肉は大きくて食べごたえ。
ライスは別盛り。
日本米風の黄色いターメリックライス。
じゃがいも、人参、ナス、トマト、パクチー添え。
大変辛くて大変おいしいカレーは健在でした。
