今日は 鳴門にある 炙屋さんの紹介です。
炙屋は ほかに店もありますけど、本店のほうに 一回 行ってみたかったんですよね～。
メニューは セットものから 単品まであります。その日の おすすめなんかもありますよ(´∀｀*)
今回は ハラミ、塩タン 内臓系など 頼んでみました。
お味の ほうは まぁまぁ 普通ですね。 普通のスーパー並みの お肉でした。
他の人のレビューで 一貫牛とありますが、店内には そういう紹介はありませんでした。
最後に 頼んだ ビビンバも 普通レベル。う～ん ちょっと残念です。
もっと お高いものを頼めば いいのかもしれませんね。
