セミセルフサービスのうどん屋さん
えびす製麺北島店は今回で３度目
最初は2009年11月12日午前11時
開店を祝う花がずらりと並べられていた時。
店内大変混雑していてましたが「かまたま」を食べたら美味しいから
釜あげももう一度並んで注文
その後お店が落ち着いた半年後 かけうどんを食べて以来
お昼のせわしい時間が終わり、おじさんは店内を熱心に掃除中
今回は夏が終わり９月４日日曜日で終了するという
胡麻ダレが美味しい「豚しゃぶザル」大盛り５８０円を注文、
レジの前におかれている蟹バラ寿司１４０円もお盆に載せ７２０円の支払いをすませ
カウンター席でレタス他の野菜を胡麻ダレに漬け込み麺と一緒に握り、吸い込み出したら
一気に豚肉も、、食べてしまいました。
秋の新商品が楽しみ。

近年タクシーのお客様送迎で北島町に日中行く機会がなくて本当に久しぶりに今回は家内と一緒に立ち寄りました。
店長さんの応対も良く牛塩かけうどんの麺は腰が強くてひじょうに美味しかったですよ。
でもゴボウは年寄りの入れ歯では噛めませんでした。
