名古屋→岡山→高松→徳島→神戸→名古屋の弾丸日帰り出張
夕方商談を終えて名古屋に戻る前に何か食べたいと思い、うえたいの徳島ラーメンを食べようと向かいましたが、その隣にあるえびす製麺所が見えて、お昼とラーメンだったので、うどんを食べようと駐車場に車を停めました。
お店の入口に全国のごぼうの産地より、その時々にあったものを提供すると書かれていました。
お店に入り釜揚げうどんを注文するも10分かかると言われて、神戸でレンタカーを返す時間も迫っていたので、
釜揚げを諦め、ごぼう天うどんを注文
おうどんの上に揚げたての北海道産のごぼうをのせてもらい500円で精算
セミセルフでお出汁を入れて、ネギ、天かす、わさびを
のせて席に着席
おうどん あまり腰がなくフニャが気になる
ネギ 乾燥してシャキッとしてない
ごぼう 揚げたてで美味しいが、ごぼうじたいの旨味が欲しい
お出汁 美味しい
最近のセミセルフチェーンはレベル上がっている中で
改善すれば向上したものになると思います。
お店の外観、内観、駐車場の広さもあるので
レベルUPに期待です
