高知県発祥のボランタリーチェーンのお店
トンカツが乗った味噌ラーメンが有名
松茂まで免許の更新に行った帰り、
早めの昼食をとるため訪問
カツラーメンと迷ったけど、
にんにくチャーハンが目について注文
サイドメニューはやっぱり餃子を試したい
チャーハンは大盛に近い量
ご飯はしっとりに近い感じです
生のじゃなくガーリックチップと炒めてあり、
鮮烈なニンニク感が乏しかったのが残念
にんにくチャーハンを頼む人は、
臭いは覚悟の上で注文しているのでそこは思い切って欲しい
あと付け合わせのスープのガラの臭いがきつ過ぎて…
ギョーザは豚肉・キャベツ・ニラ・ニンニク
餡の量が多めなのはいいとして、
包みが甘く具材がかなり漏れ出てきてました
個人的にはかなり厳しいと思いましたが、
昼時ということもありお客さんは次々と来ていました
