Tokushima prefecture is famous for lotus root. This cafe has many dishes using lotus roots. I think many people will come by car. I think it's okay because the parking lot is secure. The exterior is very stylish with its carved wooden structure and glass walls. Since I went at night, it was lit up and looked even more fashionable. There's plenty of capacity too. It's after 6:30pm on Friday. There were 2 groups of customers. 2 groups of back customers.・Lotus ball gratin (1,250 yen) with rice or bread ・Fried special (980 yen) What are lotus balls? So I asked for it. Its true identity is grated lotus root rolled into balls with rice flour. It has a chewy texture and is delicious, similar to shiratama dango. Rice flour is also good. The gratin demi-glace sauce has a strong taste. It's delicious when eaten with bread and sauce. We all shared the lotus root, sweet potato, potato, and Fried food platter. I liked the lotus root the most, but I think the sweet potato was the most popular among everyone.
