日曜の13時半頃訪問。
道の駅と、野菜直売所でたっぷり買い物してから、訪問したが、食券買うのに多少並びます。
大渦５色丼1600円注文。
フードコートのようなシステムで、自分で取りに行くスタイル。
特筆すべきは
鯛がコリコリ。とても新鮮で美味しい。
鳴門だからか…
今度は鯛一択の、
鯛の２色丼ぶり、是非食べたい。
締めに魚介出汁をかけてお茶漬けに、というサービス付き。
この魚介出汁も、すっごく美味しい。
この出汁に麺入れて、ラーメンにしたら
そのまま人気店になれるほど…
ご馳走様でした。
