*Prefectural Route 16 becomes narrower after passing Kamikatsu Town Hall. Please be careful. Enjoy the bounty of nature that can only be found in the countryside, with Kamikatsu Town's specialty shiitake mushrooms, Tempura with wild vegetables, seasonal vegetable tempura, and other mountain delicacies, as well as sushi and salt-grilled Amego Sushi caught in the Katsuura River, and trout sashimi. We serve dishes that you can enjoy. You can also feel free to use it even if you are not staying overnight or taking a bath. Spend a relaxing time looking out at the Katsuura River from the large windows and listening to the murmuring of the river and the chirping of birds. |
月ヶ谷温泉に併設している食堂。
徳島に来るときはいつもここで温泉入ってご飯食べて帰ることがほとんど。
今回は法事があったので温泉の宿にも宿泊。
いつも日帰り温泉だけで来るときは森御膳を注文することが多い。
シイタケの天ぷらがメインでご飯、１品料理、あたたかいそばがついている。
季節によってシイタケの大きさは違うが、これは致し方ないこと。
この日の宿泊は、シイタケが大きく育ってきている時期なのでシイタケ御膳にした。
他には薬草御膳なども食べたことあり。
シイタケ御膳は、
シイタケ３種盛り、こんにゃくのお造り、アメゴの塩焼き、焼きシイタケ、大和芋のすりおろし、シイタケ土瓶蒸し、シイタケ天ぷら、ごはん、漬物というメニュー。
見ての通りかなりヘルシー。でも、全部食べるとお腹いっぱい大満足に。
特にシイタケの土瓶蒸し、焼きシイタケ、そしていつものシイタケの天ぷらがおすすめ。
この宿泊プランはお土産に肉厚で大きなシイタケが１人1パックついてくる何ともシイタケ三昧なプラン。
この時期は本当においしい。
山奥なのでGWやお盆、年末年始以外であれば比較的空いてるし私はとても好きな温泉と食堂です。
