*Prefectural Route 16 becomes narrower after passing Kamikatsu Town Hall. Please be careful. Enjoy the bounty of nature that can only be found in the countryside, with Kamikatsu Town's specialty shiitake mushrooms, Tempura with wild vegetables, seasonal vegetable tempura, and other mountain delicacies, as well as sushi and salt-grilled Amego Sushi caught in the Katsuura River, and trout sashimi. We serve dishes that you can enjoy. You can also feel free to use it even if you are not staying overnight or taking a bath. Spend a relaxing time looking out at the Katsuura River from the large windows and listening to the murmuring of the river and the chirping of birds. |
あの葉っぱビジネスで有名な徳島県上勝町にある月ヶ谷温泉内にあるレストラン（食堂？）です。
葉っぱビジネスを取り仕切っている （株）いろどり さんもこの施設内にあるそうです。
社員さんも普段ここでたべているのかな？
定番的な定食から地域で取れる魚を使ったメニューなど色々ありました。
その中でも、葉っぱにならんで町の特産となっているというシイタケを使った「上勝丼」がおすすめらしいので頼んでみました。
「上勝」をうたうのですから、つまものになる葉っぱも入ってるのかな？と思いつつ待つこと１０分、料理が運ばれてきました。
そしてそれは・・・
ごはんの上に椎茸フライがドーン！

はい、さすがに葉っぱは入ってませんでした。。
味はまぁ想像通りです。
椎茸フライだけでごはんを食べるのはこれで最初で最後かなと思いつつ完食。
椎茸はさすが特産品だけあって肉厚でおいしかったです。
余談ですが、お茶がおいしかったので聞いてみるとこの地域で取れる阿波晩茶【神田茶】（じでんちゃ と読むらしい）とのこと
乳酸発酵させてるのでほのかな酸味があり、油ものを食べた後の胃をすっきりとしてくれました！
温泉の入り口にはお土産コーナーもあり、そこにジデンチャも売っていたので買って帰りました。
なかなか訪れる機会がない地域ですが、車を少し走らせると綺麗な棚田や、美しい苔のジュータンが見れる山犬獄（やまいぬだけ）と見どころも沢山あるらしいので、時間ができたら泊まりでゆっくり訪れてみたいとい思います。
